Why the survey matters
The survey gives regulators, members, creditors, and public stakeholders a clearer view of how the sector operates. It helps show trends in account volumes, contact channels, complaint handling, hardship settings, and compliance capacity.

Responses are provided to a third-party provider for anonymisation and compilation, supporting useful public reporting without disclosing individual respondent data.
